Core Responsibilities:

• Responsible for internal testing and application qualification for new product/product-mix/process.
• 负责工业漆新产品/新产品体系/新工艺的喷涂工艺验证；
• Take test for regular performance, be familiar with product properties, including application know-how.
• 常规性能测试；掌握所服务产品的性能及施工性;
• Assist the communication with customers, collect information of customer’s tech spec. and application process.
• 协助销售人员与客户进行售前交流，了解客户性能要求及施工工艺；
• The work involves onsite technical service, technology advice to customers, problem solving.
• 为客户提供技术支持，解决客户问题，对客户现场问题进行纠正并采取有效预防措施.
• Collect and report customer information、TS report timely and effectively.
• 收集整理客户对产品的反馈意见，完成技术服务报告，完善技术服务流程。

Key Job Requirements:

• At least three years’ Experience in application technology for industrial coatings.
• 至少三年的现场喷涂技术.
• Be proficient in paint application and spraying process.
• 具备熟练的喷涂技能及喷涂工艺；
• Be familiar with regular performance testing, test instrument and method.
• 掌握并能独立进行针对涂料的测试方法以及各种测试仪器的操作；
• Have the basic skill of color development and adjustment.
• 具备基本的调色技能；
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-confidence.
• 沟通能力强，自信;
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• 解决问题喷涂现场问题的能力强;
• Able to travel frequently.
• 能接受一定程度出差。
