Provide general secretarial support to General Manager

Organize internal / external meetings

Support on company events, such as team building and annual dinner

Support General Manager to maintain relationships with clients and suppliers;

Track departments’ working progress, monitored, reported and executed projects

Track weekly, monthly, seasonal and annual sales report and performance report

Issue and manage special and general VAT invoice.

Carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness

Assist in the planning of various marketing activities

Fluent in English is a must

Familiar with office software and automation office equipment
Detail oriented, motivated and customer service awareness

High efficiency, with strong sense of responsibility and team spirit

Hold a driver license is a plus

Fluent in English is a must
