Key Responsibilities

Provide proactive and value added professional legal advice on a wide range of corporate commercial matters with particular focus on legal/ compliance support to commercial teams.

Establish company international business-related legal supports.

Negotiate, review, revise and draft various contracts and other legal documents for business transaction.

Provides legal support to company’s supporting functions.

Recommended Education and Key Competency

Education:

University Degree in Law from a Reputable P.R.C. University.

Post graduate degree from an overseas university is a plus.

PRC Bar qualification is a plus.

Key Experience:

Total of at least 7 years working experiences.

At least 4 years in inhouse company as legal partner

International business-related experience is a plus

Competency:

A sense of enthusiasm and innovation.

Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of diverse multi-cultural team.

Business acumen with basic finance knowledge

Project management, system design and testing skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
Proficient English speaking, reading & writing skills;
