If your answer is a confident "yes", joining our APS Mold Management team in China could be the right next step for you. You will be responsible for leading new mold projects and deal with some mold issues.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

Key responsibilities

• Project manager of new molds in terms of deadlines and quality requirement from the design freeze to the release of the single part

• Estimation of leadtime and prices for injection molds and injection blow molds. For new molds, for mold modifications and spare parts. Plausibility check of repair offers

• Support / create DFM (Design for Manufacturing), Mold Spec and Mold concept

• Participation in the definition of the mold concept with the Switzerland-Base HQ

• Review and confirm the mold design from mold supplier

• Follow mold schedule & Participate in the mold trial at supplier side with travelling

• Provide correction action & report to HQ for mold optimization after first sampling

• Check & Coordination of all required mold project documentation (in SAP and Agile) and submitted by mold supplier

    

  REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求

  Related work experience相关工作经验

• 3 years above in injection mold design and 5 years above in mold project management

• Experience in Europe enterprise

• Knowledge in adhesive industry mold like cartridge, piston and mixer product

• Knowledge in Beauty mold like mascara and gloss lip product

   

  Formal education or equivalent教育背景

• Bachelor 's degree

• majored in mechanical and mold Engineering is preferred

   

  Skills技能

• Familiar to UG software

• Good knowledge of DFM & injection Mold design

• Good knowledge of Mold manufacturing

• Knowledge of molding process

• Project management, Communication and coordination skills

• Good oral and written English is a plus

• Good knowledge of injection Mold repair and maintenance is preferred
