职位：业务拓展经理（南京）

1、根据公司战略制订年度销售计划并确保完成. 

2、建立并管理客户关系，提高客户满意度。 

3、收集市场、客户及竞争对手的相关情报，完成市场调查和分析。 

4、销售渠道的建立及开拓，接单、报价及签订销售合同，保证本区域既定销售目标的达成。 

5、组织和协调公司的各类市场活动（包括产品推广，公司形象推广及行业市场活动）。  

6、进行商业调查，提供产品和服务的市场定位分析报告。 

7、销售款项的及时回收。  

8、及时完成上级领导交办的其他工作。 

  

Responsibilities： 

1. Make and implement annual sales plan according to company strategy.  

2. Establish and manage customer relationship, improve customer satisfaction. 

3. Collect related information of market, customers and competitors, research and analyse market accordingly.  

4. Develop and manage sales channels, exploring the potential customers in the assigned territory to achieve territory sales targets. 

5. Organize and conduct the marketing campaigns such as product promotion, brand image promotion and exhibition, etc. 

6. Provide weekly sales report for the assigned territory 

7. Responsible for account receivable collection 

8. Other assigned tasks.

任职要求 

大专及以上学历

熟悉CompactPCI，VME等总线标准以及机箱产品 

至少3年销售工作经验，有电子机械类相关工作背景优先。 

诚实，自信，强烈的责任心；良好的团队合作精神；有一定解决问题的能力 

具备一定国际贸易，经济法律，统计，管理及广告等方面的知识。 

Requirement 

1.  College Degree or above in business, engineering or other related degree.CET-4 is necessary. 

2.  Familiar with CompactPCI and VME serial standard bus and 19” standard chassis 

products. 

3.  At least 3 years work experience in sales. Experience in Electronic engineering or related is preferred. 

4.  Honest, confident, self-motivated, strong team spirit and problem solving skill.  

5.  Strong analytical, supervisory, interpersonal management skills.Able to work under high pressure. 

6.  Knowledge of economic law, statistics, management, advertising, etc.
