Job Summary

Responsible for advanced and new technique PA (Power Amplifier) designs for 4G&5G base station and innovation projects. Keep track of technical trends and industrialize new ideas into product. Closely work with digital function to deliver high performance PA. It requires demonstrated expertise on PA module design, as well as PA transistor design from inside to outside.

Key Qualifications

·       Education: Min 10 years of PA area experience

·       Business understanding and mapping to actual PA requirements

·       Familiar with various PA architectures such as Doherty, Cheirex, E&E, Out phasing, etc

·       Know well on how to design a PA transistor and peripheral circuit

·       Expertise on using Agilent ADS, HFSS simulation tools

·       Master with RF test equipment and methodologies such as Network Analyzer, signal analyzer and spectrum analyzer

·       Strong knowledge of Radio technologies and modulation such as LTE, NR, QPSK, QAM etc.

·       Strong troubleshooting skills

Additional Requirements

·       Strong awareness of teamwork spirit

·       Solid written and verbal communications skills

·       Fluent English skill
