Job Summary

You are responsible for Ericsson 5G base station radio base station HW development, mainly focus on radio board design, which includes high integrated radio transceiver design, high speed digital interface design, analog and digital mixed signal board design. High integrated mixed signal PCB design and SI/PI simulation are core competence for you, the candidate will work with other cross function teams to define and design the product until final release to mass production.

 

 Responsibilities

·         Base station radio HW design, integration and verification, like transmitter, receiver, clock/synthesizer

·         Radio board floorplan and PCB stack up planning

·         High speed signal/interface integrity simulation, analysis and optimization for PCB, correlate simulations with measurements.

·         Power integrity analysis, simulation and optimization for PCB, correlate simulations with measurements.

·         Cross talk analysis and reduction

·         Driving Radio HW new technology implementation in product

·         Driving new PCB technology implementation in product

·         Driving Radio HW and PCB continuous improvements from performance and profitability

·         Technical reports on time with high quality

 

 

Qualification & Requirements

·         Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 7-10+ year experience or Master’s degree with 5+ year experience

·         Solid background in Radio HW design, especially in mixed-signal and high speed link design

·         Solid background on PCB material, layout and package techniques

·         Solid background on SI/PI design, analysis and optimization

·         Familiar with simulation tools, e.g. Synopsis HSPICE, Ansys HFSS, Q3D, Cadence PowerSI, PowerDC, and Agilent ADS

·         Experience with lab measurements using oscilloscopes, TDRs, VNAs, and SA

·         Self-motivated, teamwork, and good communication skills (both English and Chinese)

·         Proven experience on mass production is prefer

·         Proven experience as team leader is prefer
