 7 拼版、材料使用，减少成本支出

 8 与公司各级部门做良好沟通与互动，做好配合并高效完成

 9 与客户做良好沟通与互动，熟悉客户现在与未来之需要，使公司技术能持续跟紧时代

 10 周报、月报、研发报告、客诉回应、专利编写等  

任职要求：

1 资料软件精通，办公软件精；

2 熟悉产品工艺流程及生产设备了解，工厂制作能力熟悉；

3 熟悉FPC各生产工艺流程，精通技术标准，熟悉产品检验标准，良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力； 

4 良好的理解、协调与执行能力，有效的处理异常点，人员有效管理能力，应变能力强，具备一定的突发事件的处理能力；

5 正能量、有强烈的事业心、荣誉感，化解压力能力强，开放性思维 沟通能力强，有魄力，能决断 对问题产生的敏感度强 强健体魄、精力充沛，持续好学。
