1. Assets Management：

• SAP Assets management
• Assets Management Policy follow-up and supervision
• Assets Management Policy Updating Proposal
• CAPEX reporting

2. Accounts receivable：

• Daily SAP posting for AR collection and customer item balance clearing between AR and down payment
• Weekly aging follow-up (since each 10th)
• Monthly aging report and DSO sharing with sales team
• Monthly intercompany AR reconciliation
• BAD management

3. Sales revenue & related

• Daily SAP posting check
• VAT invoice issue (golden tax system)
• Rebate process
• Sales return
• Commission process
• Accounting closing including sales cut-off exercise

• Periodic sales report analysis in different dimensions (e.g. by customer, channel, product segment…)
•  VAT refund for export

4. Credit control

• Coface application for new customer/or modify needs
• Credit limit calculation (>500KUSD)
• Credit limit maintenance in SAP
• Credit release

Special   knowledge/Skills 特别技能及知识： SAP is must ；Good computer skills, professional   EXCEL, Power Point and Visio desirable；good spoken & fluent in   written English ；familiar with Golden Tax   system is preferred       Related   Experience 相关经历：   At   least 2 years+ of finance and/or accounting experience in multi-national   enterprises
