主要职责/Responsibilities:

Job functions including but not limited to

• Responsible for sourcing and procurement of R&D categories which includes Lab equipment and its maintenance service, Lab Supplies, Contract lab, CRO (non-Clinical)
• R&D品类包括实验室仪器及其维护服务，实验室试剂耗材，外包检测实验室，研发外包服务
• Collect and analyze purchase request from end users
• 和分析各业务部门的采购需求
• Lead the technical communication and negotiation with supplier and end user if needed and contracting internally and externally
• 和供应商和业务部门的技术澄清和商务谈判，以及内部和外部合同协商过程
• Lead and/or assist other category manager for sourcing activities to develop new supplier
• 和/或者协助其他品类管理员执行战略性采购过程以开发新供应商
• Order placement in JDE and sent to supplier
• /span>JDE系统制作订单并发送给供应商
• Drive the continuous improvement in all aspects of procurement including processes, work instructions etc.
• 运营性采购诸如采购流程，工作指南等方面的持续改善
• Tracking the order and feedback end user
• 订单交付状态并反馈给业务部门
• Provide payment request related information and/or supporting documents to colleague responsible for payment application
• 付款申请相关的信息和/或支持文件给负责付款申请的同事
• Solve any issues with suppliers in terms of delivery delays, quality or payment and track the completion for improvement actions made by supplier
• 供应商解决订单交付延期的问题，产品质量问题，付款问题并跟踪供应商的改进行动是否完成
• Monitor and drive supplier performance continuous improvement in terms of PO tracking response time, OTIF, cost saving etc.
• 并驱动供应商绩效持续改善，诸如订单跟踪反馈时长，准时按量交付率，成本节约等
• Work together with Im&Ex to collect shipping documents from supplier and support custom clearance for foreign trade
• 出口部门同事协助从供应商处收集发货单据，协助报关工作
• JDE material and supplier master data maintenance
• E 物料和供应商数据的维护
• Implement Purchasing Policy, Process and continuously train end users in day to day business
• 采购政策，流程并在日常工作中持续培训业务部门
• Other tasks assigned by leader

教育、资质和经验/Education, Qualifications and Experience

• BS degree required. (Life Science major is preferred)
• （主修生命科学更佳）
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sourcing, preferred in pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing industry
• /span>3年的战略采购经验，采购或者供应链管理相关工作背景，有在GMP药厂工作的背景更佳
• Good problem-solving, organizational, negotiation and communication skills
• 的解决问题能力、组织、协商和沟通技能
• Good command of English, both written and oral
• 的英语书面和口头交流能力
• Mastery of computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlooks and Project)
• 微软办公软件的使用
