Position Title: Fatigue Test Engineer 疲劳测试工程师

Reports to: Department Manager or Supervisor 向部门经理或主管汇报

Key responsibilities include: 主要职责

• Conducting axial fatigue, fatigue crack growth rate, fracture toughness, and R-curve testing. 进行轴向疲劳试验，疲劳裂纹扩展率，断裂韧性以及R曲线等
• Writing test reports in English and Chinese 写中英文实验报告
• Writing and/or reviewing internal testing procedures. 制定或者审核内部测试程序
• Maintaining equipment operation manuals and calibration records. 维护设备操作手册，校准记录及相关文件
• Designing test fixtures as needed. 必要时能够设计工装夹具
• Developing and maintaining good relationships with customers. 与客户发展及保持良好关系
• Conducting fatigue and fracture equipment maintenance. 日常维护疲劳实验室设备
• Ordering fatigue and fracture lab supplies. 计划及采购相关耗材
• Following stringent quality procedures such as Nadcap. 严格尊守Nadcap航空认证质量体系程序
• Training new technicians as needed. 必要时培训疲劳实验室新招聘的试验员及有关技术人员
• Possibly being involved with initial test equipment installation. 参与新近设备安装调试

Qualifications: 资质要求

Education: 教育

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering disciplines 机械工程或相关专业，最低要求学士学位，或更高学位

Experience: 经验

• Minimum 1 – 2 years laboratory experience in the key responsibilities above. 1到2年疲劳断裂力学实验室工作经验

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Certifications, and Licenses: 专业知识，技能，能力，先关资质证书要求

• Ability to understand and follow specifications such as ASTM and ASM. 有经验及能力按照美标及航空标准进行测试实验
• Good report writing skill both in Chinese and English. 中英文流利书写试验报告
• Good command of English in writing, verbal and reading. 英语读写口语流利
• Good command of computer skills (Microsoft Office). 熟练使用微软办公室应用软件
• Familiarity with lean and 5S activities. 熟悉精益及5S持续改进活动

Physical Requirements: 体力要求

• Ability to lift 25 pounds 最低能够搬动12公斤工件
