Main Responsibilities:

1) 认真执行银行存款、现金管理及费用报销等财务制度，及时正确地安排对外收付款和现金报销等工作；

2) 严格执行库存现金限额控制，超过限额部分及时送存银行。不坐支现金，不以白条抵冲现金。每日盘点现金，账实必须相符；

3) 严格支票管理制度，禁止开具空白支票；

4) 审核每笔付款申请单，确保经济业务真实性及票据的有效性

5) 审核理赔助理营业日报表，确保每日现金营业款完整性，及核对每日银行刷卡纪录

6) 及时与理赔助理培训与收款有关的银行更新政策

7) 与银行保持良好的沟通

8) 每月月底收集齐所有银行对账单，并编制银行存款余额调节表

9) 编制与现金，银行存款科目有关的所有收付凭证

10) 每月财务结账后整理并装订所有收、付、转凭证

11) 保管各种会计资料并负责装订、外送等相关工作；

Requirements:

u College Degree or above

大专及以上学历

u Minimum one year working experences in relevant areas

相关工作经验1年以上

u Good English speaking and writing skills.

良好的英语听说读写能力

u Familiar with microsoft office

熟练操作office软件

u Sense of responsibility,earnest,detailed.Good communication skills with team spirit
