工作职责:
As contact window with customers, take full responsibility of warranty and field issues for responsible customers



? Take responsibility for turbo field issue investigation/root cause analysis etc, with support from internal functions like application engineering/product engineering/plant QA and with customer corresponding functions together.

? Drive for the PCA (permanent correction actions) close on time internally, and need to review with customer for the FIR (Field issue resolution) progress

? Understand customer metrics for field return, analyze and monitor the field claims and have deep understanding of failure trends/new failures

? Analyze the field return turbo according to the established analysis procedure. And may also need to have joint analysis at customer sides

? Understand customer procedure for warranty claims, check and handle customer warranty invoice on time

? Support warranty agreement sign-off with customers, and provide PTA (post test analysis) data/field failure trends etc

? Provide training to OEM customers and end users as customer planed

? Need to escalate warranty risk and new field issues on time

? The critical metrics for the FS Engineer are as follows

? FIR On-time Closure Rate

? Warranty cost vs AOP

? COPQ to supplier vs AOP

? Customer satisfaction index
任职要求:
? University education majored in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering

? 3 - 5 years relevant working experience as a Field/Customer Quality Engineer working with large OEM’s preferable

? Experience in manufacturing processes with emphasis on process design and process validation

? Experience in process improvement, statistical techniques for process improvement, development of PFMEA's, Control Plans, Gage Plans

? Excellent knowledge of APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA

? Validation Studies, Corrective Action and Mistake Proofing

? Good understanding of GD&T and reading of engineering drawings

? Experience in assembly and machining processes with focus on process control and elimination of defects

? Experience in Lean Manufacturing and application for reduction of defects and waste - ability to proactively work with manufacturing engineering to improve processes, maintain stability with focus on zero defects to our customers and reduction of waste and scrap internally

? Experience in Quality Systems TS16949 preferable

? Green belt certificate.
