Role Description

Reporting to the Regional Recruitment Manager and working as part of the APAC Graduate Recruitment team, the key responsibilities of this role are graduate recruitment, use digital and offline recruitment channels to recruit suitable talents. Specific tasks including facilitating internal assessment days, building and maintaining relationships with allocated universities, attending career fairs and running internal events. This role operates in a high pressure, high volume, target based environment, therefore the ideal role incumbent needs to be extremely organised, task orientated, self motivated, resilient, focused, able to work independently and as part of the team. The local team is in expanding phase hence the candidate needs to have an entrepreneurial spirit with proactive mindset, and able to effectively communicate with all levels of seniority both within and outside of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review, assess and respond incoming applications
• Manage online and offline recruitment channels
• Meet targets with clients’ requirements in mind
• Attend university events within China
• Coordinate internal recruitment events
• Conduct telephone interviewsand assessmentcentres

Essential Criteria

• Client-focused and target driven
• Ability to work under pressure and work proactively
• Able to speak fluent English and Mandarin
• Familiar with local online recruitment channels
• Develop relationship with key stakeholders
• Experience working with university careers services
• Right to work in China

• Experience with local social media marketing
• Overseas study experiences
• Experience of working in a target based environment
• Previous experience of working within a recruitment environment
