• Acts as brand owner role for China
• Be responsible for brand strategy development, marketing mix
  planning, to ensure successful launch and sustainable growth of
  product/indications
• With a focus in China but also support other markets in Everest
  territories as needed
• Leads and manages brand team to deliver high quality
  implementation of marketing tactics
• Take China brand P&L responsibility, control the budget
  strictly
• Work closely with cross function teams on brand related
  decisions/initiatives, either as a key contributor or leader role
• KOL engagement and advocacy development
• Pricing strategy finalization, NRDL and access strategy
  and execution for success
• Salesforce deployment plan and incentive scheme development
• Product knowledge and strategy training
• Rolling forecast of supply demand planning
• Other product related initiatives, such as PAP programs,
  multi-channel communication……
• Identify market research needs, evaluate the findings of market
  research or analysis projects, assess the viability of alternative
  opportunities, and present recommendations to management team
• Provide commercial insights to product life-cycle management
• Interface with brand team in partner companies, establish and
  maintain close and effective communication with them in daily work and in
  governance meetings, such as JCC and other commercial related
  communication
