1. Quality risk management and moderation in product development projects

2. Coordinate within Q Team and cross-fucntional to ensure Product releases as per the defined process and deliverables for respective milestones in projects

3. Quality responsibility for defined product portfolio over the whole product lifecycle

4. Execution of routine product / internal process / supplier audits

5. Coordination of problem-solving workshops, incl. discussion on quality and technical issues to contribute to business improvement activities

6. Support customer complaint handling

7. Reporting Q-topics, incl. project risk status, complaint handling report, product audit report, etc.

8. Analyse, identify areas of improvement and Initiate and drive CIPs

9. Set and achieve ambitious quality targets

Minimum Experience & Qualifications

岗位要求

 

1. University degree, Master or Bachelor, majoring in mechanical or material engineering

2. Min. 3 years working experience in an industrial environment, having operational background in either quality or product development

3. Experienced in quality and problem-solving methodologies (5Why/A3), very good ability to develop concepts for prevention, improvements on the product, system, process or organizational level

4. Familiar with risk management and quality control tools, such as FMEA (Application and Design), SPC, Six Sigma, etc.

5. Good understanding of manufacturing technologies

6. Experience in quality process audit is a basic prerequisite and preferably has auditor license

7. Basic knowledge of legal and contract aspects of quality, warranty and liability

8. Simplify complex issues, drive the decision-making process, implementation and validation of key elements (urgency, risk, quantifiable targets, cost)

9. Good moderation and communication skills, fluent in English (oral and written)
