Responsibilities & Tasks

·       Perform early phase product study and define the reasonable integration scope, break down activities, and make end to end integration plan

·       Identify the critical path and high-risk point of integration activities

·       Design and implement Corresponding integration solution and method

·       Perform Radio board bring-up, hardware access and basic Radio integration

·       Perform Radio performance optimization and problem trouble shooting.

·       Provide strong support to Base Station Radio product designer (hardware and software) and provide optimization suggestion

·       Achieve full Radio functionality and performance by integrating hardware, SW and algorithm with high quality and short lead time

·       Play key role in new product introduction to manufacture

 

Position Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

 

·       Master’s degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Electromagnetic Field and Microwave Technology, Communication Technology or equivalent

·       5+ years’ technical work within wireless communication systems and radio design domain

·       Strong knowledge of Wireless Communication systems and Standard

·       Strong knowledge of Radio transceiver, including analog and digital signal processing

·       Logical thinking and Strong Skill in Radio HW and SW troubleshooting

·       Good programming skills is a plus (Matlab, Python, VEE, C#)

·       Familiar with RF instruments such as spectrum analyzer, signal generator, network analyzer and etc.

·       Understands the implications for design of high-volume production

·       Good communication skills and social ability

·       Strong capability for English communication, team leading and self-learning.

 

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

·       Passion in technical development in ICT area.

·       Keen on frontier technology in ICT industry.
