Key Responsibilities & Critical Success Measures

• Contribute to development of China brand strategy ensuring fitting with global brand strategy with local magic.
• To manage and evaluate high quality/effective Brand marketing plans and activities in order to achieve Brand targets and build Brand equity, including put Bartender engagement at the heart of Advocacy
• Maintain excellent relationships with key internal and external stakeholders (including Brand Owners and commercial team) in order to optimise delivery of activities and facilitate timely, relevant communication
• Deliver agreed Brand KPIs through sound financial planning, people resource management and alignment of systems and processes
• Agree, monitor and review annual plans, targets and budget ensuring effective financial planning
• Be continuously alert to changes, issues and opportunities in the broader market, evaluate and recommend solutions and implement changes to agreed plans in order to optimise return
• P&L ownership
• Strengthen the relationships with GBTs / other Brand Owners to deliver above items

• Qualified to degree level or equivalent within a marketing component

• Proven experience of brand leadership, including responsibility for creating brand strategy and full market mix development in particular expertise on digital & social media

• Experience of P&L analysis and key financial metrics

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Successful third party relationship management

• Has a confident proactive approach and is consistently reliable in delivery

• Modern on trade experience is a plus

• Experience of project management

• Team player
