SUMMARY:
A Sales Admin is someone who provides clerical duties for a sales team. Sales Administrators file reports, type invoices, forward phone calls, reply to emails and handle customer inquiries. Occasionally, they will assist in making a sale, or follow up with clients to make sure the product or service sold has been delivered as promised.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performing secretarial and general office work.
Provides efficient support to the superior and our company's directors
Scheduling to meet for business with our local/foreign clients.
Updating sales activities.
In charge of preparing of Sales Quotation.
In-charge in telephone calls for the sales
In-charge of following up of prospective clients.
Preparing and Write the weekly/monthly sales report.
Assist the sales team to quote to customers
Record all the sales record, including all the loss jobs, market information
Ensure all the process of contract implementation
Other responsibilities as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree or above
3-5 related working experiences
Prefer have sales admin, executive admin or operation admin background
Good at team work, positive attitude, data sensitive, responsible & reliable
Be familiar with Office Software (PPT,Excel, etc.)
Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
Smart & Cautious & Careful
Good working attitude, could working under pressure
Teamwork spirit, can-do attitude and result orientation
Must have the ability to multi-task and good time management skills
