岗位描述：

1.年度预算制定、调整及费用管控；

2.负责组织编制各项行政管理制度及监督执行；

3.负责公司档案、合同、证照、公章等管理；

4.负责各项活动的组织协调；

5.负责公司办公资产管理及物资采购管控；

6.负责部门的工作安排；

7.完成上级交办的其他任务；

任职资格：

1.本科及以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验；

2.喜爱设计行业，有建筑/室内设计公司任职经验者优先考虑；

3.熟悉国家相关的法律法规，熟悉现代企业行政管理流程及方式；

4.具有良好的组织协调能力，人际交往能力，有较强的服务和保密意识；

5.熟练使用办公软件和办公自动化设备。
