职位要求：天猫运营

工作时间：早9:00-晚18:00

岗位职责：

1、负责每个月的店铺目标制定以及完成；

2、负责店铺的上下架、营销、管理等一切事物；

3、负责店铺推广，提高店铺点击率和浏览量；

4、针对顾客、市场、购买过程中的问题，及时调整；

5、分析每日营运情况，统计数据，发掘隐含内在问题，有针对性的提出解决办法；

6、负责店铺的爆款打造；

7、负责制定运营计划；店铺的整理规划、建设、营销策划和推广等系统性经营管理工作；

任职要求:

1、大专以上学历；

2、两年以上淘宝天猫店铺运营经验，有丰富的店铺推广经验；

3、熟悉淘宝数据，会根据后台数据软件分析产品销售状况；

4、熟悉直通车、淘宝客宣传工具，使用直通车、淘客，钻展、站外推广进行推广，并善于总结经验，为达到销售业绩提供决策；

5、有一定的数据分析能力，并根据数据分析引导营销活动；

6、有工作责任心，主动行强，具备优秀的学习能力与创新能力，有团队精神。
