本职位将专注于微信小程序用户界面的开发和维护，以及网站前台（包括桌面和手机版）的相关开发工作。

合适的职位申请人应能与UX/UI设计师和后台开发工程师协作，交付高质量的前台代码和有完整功能实现的微信小程序用户界面或网站前台页面。我们找寻的是富有工作热情，深思熟虑以及善于解决问题的员工。

具体职位职责

• 参与售前技术咨询和项目规划，包括技术解决方案的设计和构想，项目工时估算，用户故事定义和细化
• 与UX/UI团队成员协作，将已通过客户审核的UI设计转化为具有完整功能实现的微信小程序用户界面或网站前台页面
• 与后台开发工程师协作，参与项目技术方案的总体构架，基于Web Services的前后台系统集成，以及测试自动化的实施
• 独立开展系统详细设计并高质量地完成前台代码的开发（包含单元测试）
• 在整个项目周期中，与项目经理，业务分析和测试人员密切配合，参与并完成项目任务的细化、进度跟踪、需求确认和质量管理
• 向项目组成员和客户展示已完成的小程序用户界面或网页前台布局和功能，并收集有价值的反馈意见
• 维护已开发项目的前台代码库，并根据需要进行代码重构和性能调优
• 积极跟进微信平台和网站前台技术的发展趋势和技术演进

职位要求

• 至少2年的微信小程序和网页前台开发经验
• 拥有一组可展示的微信小程序和网站开发项目案例
• 有结合微信公众号的H5页面开发经验或小程序的实际开发经验，对于小程序的开发框架有深入了解，对小程序的组件、插件、云函数等有一定的了解，对于接口和小程序性能优化有见解和心得。
• 对HTML5、CSS3和JavaScript 具有深入的理解，掌握主流的前台开发框架包括bootstrap, Vue.js, React.js等
• 熟悉基于web services的系统集成接口
• 工作条理清晰并能独立开展工作并有效管理自己的工作进度安排
• 具有高度的团队协作精神，能在快节奏的环境中同时参加多个项目的工作
• 优秀的书面和口头沟通能力
• 良好的书面英语交流能力（能读懂和回复英语电子邮件和即时消息）
• 计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历

Job Description

This role will be focused on UI development and maintenance of WeChat mini-program as well as frontend development of web/mobile sites.

The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers and deliver high quality frontend code and functional UI for WeChat mini-program and web/mobile sites. Therefore, we need somebody who is passionate, thoughtful, and a good problem solver.

Role & Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sale technical consultation and project planning including solution design, cost estimation, user story definition and refinement
• Collaborate with UX/UI team members and convert approved UI design to functional UI for WeChat mini-program and web/mobile sites
• Work with backend developers on overall solution architecture, web services integration and implementation of test automation
• Conduct system detailed design and develop high quality frontend code (with unit tests) independently
• Interact with project managers, business analysts and testers during entire project lifecycle on task breakdown, effort tracking, requirement clarification and quality assurance
• Present completed UI features to internal and external stakeholders and collect valuable feedback
• Maintain frontend codebase for existing projects and conduct code refactoring and performance optimization when required

• Stays up to date with technical trends on WeChat platform and overall frontend technologies

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a WeChat mini-program developer and web frontend developer
• A portfolio demonstrating your past work on WeChat mini-programs and web/mobile sites

• Proven experience in either WeChat Official Account based H5 page development or WeChat mini programs
• In-depth knowledge on mini-program development framework and familiar with mini-program components, plug-ins and cloud functions, APIs and performance turning
• Thorough understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript as well as mainstream frameworks including bootstrap, Vue.js, React.js, etc.
• Familiar with integration with web services APIs
• Organised and can work autonomously and manage own workload
• Highly collaborative team player who can operate in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in English – written communication
• Tertiary education in computer science or relevant disciplines

• Previous working experience in a digital agency
