助理专员，校园关系

职位介绍:

上海迪士尼度假区正在招募校园关系助理专员，该职位将与团队共同实施校园策略并负责校园项目的完成。在校园关系经理的带领下，该职位将协助团队完成校园招聘工作，包括实习生和应届生招聘。

该职位将负责与中国高等教育院校维护良好的关系，以推进和实施与上海迪士尼度假区愿景一致的校园关系策略，并通过与目标院校的良好合作来提高学生的能力和经验，以实现度假区选拔优秀演职人员的目标。

主要职责:

• 执行校园活动计划，包括招聘会、宣讲会及其他活动。
• 负责筛选和面试候选人，面试后跟进候选人以提供反馈，指导和及时沟通面试结果。
• 建立并维护与目标院校可持续的长期合作关系，确保上海迪士尼度假区和学校有良好的沟通。
• 协助建立雇主品牌，提高度假区在目标院校的声誉，优化招聘程序，提高校园招聘效率。
• 加强对学生及目标高等院校的了解，积极寻求合适的机会来与学校合作提升学生能力，以实现度假区选拔优秀演职人员的目标。

基本要求：

• 本科及以上学历。
• 1年左右人力资源工作经验，校园招聘或校企合作方面工作经验优先。
• 具备优秀的沟通交往能力，并有较强的协商及人际关系能力来维护好良好关系。
• 具备高度积极性及目标导向性，适应快节奏的、结果导向环境的能力。
• 优秀的项目管理能力，能够有效地管理多项工作任务、适应跨文化环境，并且需要经常出差。
• 能熟练掌握Microsoft Office应用（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook等）。
• 出色的沟通技能（中英文双语）。

Associate Recruiter, Campus Relations

Position Overview

Shanghai Disney Resort is seeking a Campus Relations Associate Recruiter to work with team to implement and oversee the campus relations program. This specialist will manage the campus recruitment efforts for internships and full-time recruiting targeting college and undergraduate level candidates under the supervision of University Relations Manager.

This role will be responsible to maintain favorable relationships with key administrators, faculty and academic advisors at universities across China with a goal of driving and implementing innovative campus strategies that align with the vision of the Shanghai Disney Resort.  This specialist will implement collaboration with potential colleges / universities in order to advance students skills and experiences while advancing company’s desire for qualified and talented Cast.

Key Responsibilities

·         Execute strategic plans for campus activities including recruitment events, engagements, and other activities.

·         Screen and interview applicants for employment, timely follow-up with candidates’ post-interview to provide feedback, coaching, and outcome.

·         Manage sustainable relationships with targeted universities, colleges and vocational schools; ensure excellent communication both within Shanghai Disney Resort and campus leaders.

·         Help to create employment brand awareness and advance our reputation at targeted campuses through value added work; utilize recruitment tools for technology optimization, process efficiencies, and applicant pool management.

·         Develop a deep understanding of perceptions and needs of students, faculty, and administrators to seek opportunities to advance students skills and experiences while advancing the company’s desire for qualified talented Cast.

Required Qualifications

·         Bachelor degree or above is required;

·         1 years working experience with the preferred period of working in university recruiting program, or university-corporate cooperation etc.

·         Proven networking capabilities within higher education including professional organizations, business groups, alumni associations, etc.; and strong ability to maintain favorable relationships with them.

·         Highly motivated, goal-oriented people who excels in entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and results-oriented environments;

·         Strong project management skills, and ability to work under multi-tasks and cross-cultural environment; frequent travel will be needed

·         Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, communication and presentation abilities, and exceptional attention to detail

·         Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) are required

·         Language Fluency In Mandarin and English required
