·         Lead and monitor F&B product development projects;

·         Develop and coordinate a yearly product development strategy and related schedule;

·         Develop strategies for the new products/SKUs from idea generation, research, flavor development, package design to product launch;

·         Conduct analysis to understand the market trends and existing product performance, to identify opportunities for new innovative products;

·         Identify and analyze challenges for growth and development and develop related solutions/alterative plans;

·         Utilize knowledge of the competition and existing similar brands , consumer insights as well as product potential in the market;

·         Identify appropriate OEM partners and maintain a record of best partners.

·         Communicate and work seamlessly with the product line teams and external partners (OEM and all supply chain) to ensure that the new products make it to production, to specification, cost, time and quality.

·         Plan and coordinate the internal and external resources to ensure feasibility of the products launch, according to the timeline and budget;

·         Work closely with the Brand Manager to align the new products within the overall brand strategy;

·         Work closely with the Marketing/Creative team to ensure product launch optimization and success;

·         Work closely with order taking/ecommerce team to ensure that the product launch is supported by a proper sales and online promotion plan;

·         Monitor post launch product performance within the market place and analyze consumer feedback;

·         Work with the Brand Manager on post launch product improvements, adjustments, upgrade.

·         Understanding of China packaging law and production laws (guidelines)

  Work closely with the legal team to ensure all products are sale and compliant.
