职位描述（工作职责）：

The test engineer is responsible for supporting the new product introduction process of PCBA and completing the integration of electronic products, paying special attention to all aspects of testing
测试工程师的职责是支持PCBA的新产品引进过程，并完成集成电子产品，特别关注所有测试方面


职责包括：

Determination of test strategy
-测试策略的确定

Implement a product specific test solution determination strategy, including hardware and software, installation, updates, and all activities required for ECN implementation.
-实施特定产品的测试解决方案确定策略，包括硬件和软件、安装、更新和ECN实施所需的所有活动。

Modify / customize ICT and FCT plans and manage external suppliers of test and fixture solutions
-修改/定制ICT和FCT计划，管理测试和夹具解决方案的外部供应商

Support the business development process as a key interface to any testing related issues with new and current customers
-支持业务开发过程，作为与新客户和当前客户进行任何测试相关问题的关键接口

Assist the quality manager to determine the continuous improvement plan and analyze the test data and results
-协助质量经理确定持续改进方案，分析测试数据和结果

岗位要求：

Working experience in electronic testing is preferred
有电子测试相关工作经验优先

Good command of English is preferred
有良好的英语表达能力优先

Relevant working experience: experience in ICT testing, functional testing and other test systems used by test engineering department.
相关工作经验：有测试工程部门使用ICT测试、功能测试和其他测试系统的经验。
