Responsibilities:

Maintain IT hardware and software in Training Center Shanghai: 

1.Setup the Servers and workstations including Windows and Linux.

2.Install Siemens Healthcare product software under the trainers’ instruction.

3.Manage the training facilities like cameras and VR equipments.

4.Keep the server room and the training classrooms clean and tidy.

Prepare the classroom together with trainers and support the virtual trainings:  

1.Setup the trainer studio including beamers, laptop, camera and headset

2.Deploy the VMWare simulators for students’ hands-on lab

3.Test the network connection with Webex/TEAMS with trainers.

4.Resolve the IT technical issues and collect the feedbacks.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. 2+ years in IT industry, good technical knowhow on network technologies, streaming technologies, Windows OS, VM Ware solutions, both in hardware and software;

3. Familiar with Apache Guacamole Development, Web Server HTML and Power Shell Script will be Preferred;

4. Autonomous cooperation with relevant business lines and departments;

5. Good team player (different nature of trainers, training structures);

6. Flexible in working hours ( time shifted trainings).

工作内容：

主要负责维护培训中心的IT软硬件方面工作：

1. 安装服务器和工作站，包括Windows和Linux；

2. 根据要求和说明安装医疗产品软件；

3. 管理培训设备，如摄像头和VR设备；

4. 确保服务器室和培训教室的整洁。

以及负责协助讲师布置课堂，为虚拟培训提供技术支持：  

1. 配置培训相关的多媒体设备，包括投影仪，笔记本电脑，相机和耳机；

2. 负责为学员实训实验部署VMWare模拟器；

3. 测试会议软件Webex/TEAMS的网络连接.；

4. 解决IT技术问题并收集反馈。

专业技能：

1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历；

2. 具有2年及以上IT行业工作经验，熟悉网络技术，流媒体技术，Windows操作系统、虚拟机软件解决方案，包括硬件和软件；

3. 熟悉Apache Guacamole开发，熟悉Web服务器HTML和Power Shell脚本者优先考虑；

4. 具有良好的沟通协作能力，能够与相关业务以及部门自主合作；

5. 具有良好的英语听说读写能力；

6. 具有良好的团队合作精神。
