1. Prepare documents for new projects such as the flow chart ,PFMEA ,CP ect

为项目开发制作准备各类文件资料(中英文版)，如流程图，PFMEA, CP等等;

2. Abnormal Problem Analysis, figure out better resolution for continuous improvement;

产品异常问题分析，根据问题分析结果提出对应改进方案并持续跟进改善结果;

3. Reduce the process fault and product scrap cost, machine downtime; Process cycle time reduction

改善错误流程，降低产品报废成本和仪器的停工期, 减少过程周期时间。

4. Process improvement according to process SPEC

根据SPEC过程进行工艺改进。

5. To set up the process parameter for all the products

为所有产品设置工艺参数.

6. Improve and maintain equipments; daily support and trouble shooting on equipment

维护并改进设备，日常的设备支持和问题解答。

7. Training to technicians and machine operators on mechanical parts and/or software.

培训技术员和操作工有关机械零件和/或软件的知识。

8. Release the tooling according to the drawing and trial run results

根据图纸和测试结果发布工具作业。

9. Documentation for process lessons learn

整理过程学习的文件。

10. Equipment/Tooling localization

设备/工具定位。

11. Lead the problem solving team for process issues

代领团队解决工艺上的问题。

任职要求：

1. College degree or above majored in electromechanical, or automotive engineering

大专以上学历，机械自动化,汽车工程等类似专业

2. 3 years experiences on production process in Automobile industry;

3年及以上汽车行业生产制成工艺工作经验；

3. Good knowledge of assembly equipment

具有电脑控制器方面经验, 熟悉或精通零件装配设备；

4. Proficient with MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project)

熟练使用MS Office软件（Excel， Word，PowerPoint，MS项目）

5. Good spoken, read and write in English

良好的英文读写听说能力

6. Good knowledge and on-hands application of CAD, PFMEA ,CP

熟练使用各类制图软件以及制作各类工艺文件。
