1. 独立负责执行定性定量项目的运作，包括前期准备、被访者招募、现场执行及质量管控； 
2. 在项目运作中，与研究部门和外部进行主动、准确、及时的沟通； 
3. 在项目结束时候，进行项目资料整理和存档；
4. 独立执行各种项目类型：如：深访、座谈会、预约定点街访，家访等项目； 
5. 有能力管理多城市项目。

岗位要求：

1. 高中或以上学历；
2. 具有2年以上市场研究公司项目执行的专职督导经验； 
3. 具备较强的沟通能力、积极向上的态度、具有团队协作精神；
4. 熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等常规文档操作软件；
