职责：

• 制定并推动业务战略，以为工业品牌（中国本地品牌和国际品牌），主要是汽车内饰/座椅和家具，提供完整的Gerber产品/技术整体解决方案。
• 汇编和分析市场数据（宏观经济趋势，客户，竞争对手，细分，价值链，行业规模/增长率，新技术），以确定新市场和格柏业务在未来一两年内的潜在机会。
• 以销售和业务为导向的心态，以促进和发展与客户的内部沟通和外部沟通。
• 领导亚太地区的大型项目管理。领导跨职能团队，包括销售分销商和售前团队来开发新的应用领域。
• 直属经理分配的其他任务。

要求：

• 5年以上销售和/或营销职能行业经验。
• 流利的普通话和英语书面和口语。
• 具有基础行业知识者优先。 （如航空航天，汽车，运输，家具，复合材料）。
• 具有较强的商业意识来预测和分析市场趋势的能力。
• 制定销售策略和协调相关资源的能力。
• 精力充沛，积极建立客户群，注重结果。
• 具有强大的领导潜力。
• 传递品牌影响力的能力。
