IDC needs a capable Studio Administrator to join its energetic and expanding Shanghai studio.

IDC (Industrial Design Consultancy) has a 48 year history in the UK, with numerous awards and incredible projects. In 2011, we became multinational with the establishment of the IDC China studio situated in the desirable downtown HuangPu district.

We are looking for a capable candidate to join our strong and multinational team in Shanghai. You will learn the process and experience an international working culture, as well as learning about the world of product design and engineering, mostly in the medical devices industry.

YOU ARE 你有如下特质:

• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) 精通Office软件
• Confident presenting your ideas with excellent English essential (both speaking and writing)
• A fast learner, process orientated, with good execution skills 快速学习，流程驱动，有着不错的执行能力
• A good communicator and a team player 善于沟通，有团队协作能力
• Good at writing articles for PR and marketing 能够撰写媒体及市场推广类文章
• Self-motivated and proactive 有上进心，积极主动

THE ROLE 你负责如下工作:

• Support marketing activities to promote IDC’s capabilities 支持市场端工作，推介IDC的品牌及专长
• Support business research activities 商业类调研工作的支持
• Studio administration and reception 办公室行政管理及接待
• Enhance the studio space experience for our team and clients 优化提升办公区域的体验（团队及客户）
• Be IDC’s ambassador to our clients and partners 在客户及合作伙伴面前展示IDC良好的形象
• Ensure the smooth running of our internal systems, to maximise the creative team’s efficiency 确保内部系统的顺畅运作，提升团队工作的效率
