Duties:

    

Tasks: Assist the Head of Operations and the operations/production management in their daily duties, support the production department in all administrative matters, translate between workers and managers,

    

Performance concerns - Be actively involved in the relentless effort to offer our clients the best service and participate in the continuous improvement of the production department and administrative processes.

    

Requirements:

    

fluent English and native Mandarin

proactive and independent attitude

strong communication skills

efficient organizing ability

ability to work under pressure

rich knowledge of office software

basic knowledge CAD software

knowledge about furniture preferred

strong will to learn and develop further skills
