冲压模具设计工程师

岗位职责：

1、对客户提供的产品图进行工艺分析以及可行性分析；

2、根据客户定义的产品图进行工艺方案的制定；

3、在规定的时间内完成模具设计，并监督其制造和完成；

4、配合机加工对模具质量控制，配合钳工完成模具装配调试以及交样工作，解决加工和装配过程中问题；

5、和客户商讨零件尺寸状态，提供解决不良尺寸问题方案，并在得到认可后实施；

6、服从领导布置的其他一些工作。

岗位要求：

1、机械或材料成型等相关专业，大专及以上学历，1年及以上汽车零部件相关冷冲压模具设计及相关工作经历；

2、能够熟练运用绘图软件进行模具设计；

3、熟悉冷冲压工艺、冷冲压模具设计和制造工艺，能独立进行冲压件工艺排样和模具设计（工程模和级进模等）；

4、了解IATF16949质量体系；

5、具有良好的沟通协调能力。

    Shanghai Changkong Machinery Co., LTD (previously Shanghai typewriters Factory), is affliated to Shanghai Aviation Industry Group. Adjective to the renown ancient Nanxiang Town, Changkong occupies an area of 14,000 square meters. With a 30-year transition from military to civil production and state-owned enterprise transformation, it has an effective workteam composed ofsophisticated and innovative manpower.
