Purpose of the role:

Mainly responsible for handling with engineering problems in the operation and management of shopping malls, preside over the daily work of the engineering department. Coordinate within the department、Assist in  work supervision ,analysis and statistics, including maintenance of equipment and facilities, energy cost management, and on-site renovation. Optimize project development, supervise project schedule and quality,Be in charge ofsupplier management, tenant decoration management, handle various emergencies, prepare various plans and report work, etc..（主要对商场运营管理中的工程类问题进行负责及处理，主持工程部日常工作，部门内外的协调、工作督办、沟通管理及分析统计，包括设备设施维保管理，能耗成本管理，场内改造及优化工程开展，监督项目工期和质量，供应商管理，租户装修管理，处理各类突发事件，编制各类计划及报表工作等；）

 

Responsible for:

• Control and manage energy consumption costs and engineering costs of shopping malls based on the budget

  依据预算信息对商场运行能耗费用及各项工程费用进行控制管理；

• Control and adjust the operation of shopping mall equipment for the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction

  以节能降耗为目的控制及调整商场设备运行情况。

• Assist in the supervision of daily maintenance and important maintenance work, assessment and renewal of maintenance contracts.

  协助对日常维保及大型维修保养工作进行监管，考核及维保合同续签工作；

• Assist in the renovation and optimization of the original building and decoration facilities

  协助对原有建筑及装潢设施的改造及优化；

• Assist in the handling of accidents and malfunctions of various facilities and equipment.

  协助处置各类设施设备意外、故障事件；

• Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly work plans, work summary and various report documents and report them.

  编制年、季度、月工作计划、总结工作和各类报表文件并上报；

• Improve work processes in a timely manner and strengthen supervision over project quality, schedule, price, etc.

  适时改善工作流程，加强对工程质量、进度、价格等方面的监督；

• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors and companies

  完成上级领导及公司交办的其他工作。

• Responsible for docking and coordination of various tenants.

  负责各类租户的工程对接及配合；

• Make out and complete the  renovation plans for shops or public areas based on tenant needs.

      根据租户需求进行商铺或公区的改造方案研究及实施；

 

Qualifications/Experience/Skills：

• College degree or above, engineering management and related majors（大专及以上学历，工程管理及相关专业）；

• 3 years and above working experience in commercial real estate engineering management positions（商业地产工程管理岗位3年及以上工作经验）；

• Proficiency in office automation software such as Word, Excel, and CAD drawing software（熟练掌握Word，Excel等办公自动化软件以及CAD制图软件）；

• Affirm the company's corporate culture, have a passion for work; have a high sense of responsibility and execution, practical, dedicated, serious（认同公司企业文化，有工作热情；具备高度的责任心和执行能力，踏实、敬业、认真）；
