Responsibility:

1.     Responsible for technical support to customers, laboratory, and sales in Sustainability Textiles field for different target markets. 负责为不同目标市场的客户、实验室和销售提供可持续领域的技术支持。

1. Communicate and follow-up with internal organizations to ensure that reports are reviewed, and certificates distributed within an appropriate timeframe. 与内部组织沟通和跟进，确保在一定的时间期限内审查报告、分发证书。
2. Follow-up with external clients to ensure that they receive timely and professional service in conformity with relevant accreditation requirements. 跟踪外部客户，当他们在得到符合相关认证要求的同时，得到及时、专业的服务。
3. Responsible for assisting on product lunch and forecasting; identifying opportunities to explore certification program from data perspective to better support business proposal. 负责协助认证项目的推广和大致市场预测; 从资料角度，找出探索新认 证项目的机会，更好地支持项目提案的制定。
4. Provide support to sales department for new product development, and to laboratories for troubleshooting, testing, quality assurance. 为销售部门提供新产品开发方面的支持，并为实验室提供故障排除、测试和质量保证方面的支持。

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or higher degree in Chemical, Environmental or related field. 化学及环境相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. Have experience in Sustainability field Project. 可持续发展项目参与经验者优先。
3. Have experience in TIC. 拥有检测、检验、认证行业经验优先。
4. Have experience in Project Management for Certification. 拥有认证项目经验。
5. Strong communication skills with excellent spoken and written English. 较强的英语沟通能力。
6. Base in Qingdao/Shanghai. 优先选择青岛/上海。
