This position is a country level role and will need to implement visual merchandising plans in compliance with corporate visual merchandising guidelines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with Asst VM manager the VM calendar, working schedule and tasks.
• Implement in-store display in line with guideline and instruction, prepare reports accordingly
• Work closely with retail team and merchandising team for store daily maintenance / periodically VM rotation.
• Travel as needed for store visit / VM changes / new openings’ set up.
• VM tools organization and orderings.
• Conduct in-store VM trainings to store team.
• Record all VM expenses.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 4 years relevant experience preferably in luxury fashion industry
• Well organized, self-motivated, detail-minded as well as a good team player
• Good fashion sense and creativity. Passionate about the brand.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Frequent travel is required.
