Job Responsibilities:

1.     Follow the project procedure including localization process as the member of project team

2.     Prepare Economic Analysis for sales offer base on the Cost BOM signed by all the responsible depts.

3.     Allocate approved offer into detail information to responsible dept head and project manager/ leader after got nomination letter from S&M.

4.     Participate commercial Contract Review procedure to be sure all the economic items are consisted with approved quotation.

5.     Prepare Initiative based on project leader’s milestone (before 1st PO released must be approved), push initiative approved and follow up the result till project SOP

6.     Pass approved quotation or initiative to Finance Analyst for budget and 5 years plan build up.

7.     Check all the PR/MPA spending against the initiative and budget

8.     Record detail capital expenditure received, user, department, depreciation starting, maintenance and disposal etc information based on GL booking information. Stick on new expenditure of capital with serials No. Responsible for the regular count of all capital expenditures.

9.     Complete the investment report each of month matching with GL record, sending to HQs after approved by accounting manager

10.  Record capital expenditure received, used, depreciation, maintenance, disposal and impairment. Book into related accounts in ERP system

11.  Calculate the transfer price and ask intercompany’s TP

12.  Other works given by finance controller

 

Job Requirements:

1.     University degree major Accounting & finance management ;

2.     Understanding financial reporting, management finance, knowing Tax laws and regulations;

3.     Familiar with MS-Office packages;

4.     A member of teamwork and excellent apprehensibility

5.     Good command of English both in spoken and written;

6.     Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
