Requirements

·         Bachelor or Masters degree in related field (visual communication, copywriting, design or related field)

·         Minimum 2 years experience in events, design, branding, advertising agency

·         Exceptional sense of aesthetics and ability to build mood boards / visual direction

·         Fantastic communication skills to develop proposals and work closely with the

creative team to bring these visions to life

·         Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams

·         Understanding of latest trends and technology used to elevate guest experiences

·         Ability to work under pressure and to manage deadlines effectively

·         Enthusiastic personality and team player

·         Fluency in English (Bilingual for bonus points

Responsibilities

·         Creating beautiful visual design concepts for an experiential guest journey

·         Build decks to communicate your ideas, designs and concepts with the teams.

·         Provide leadership, inspiration and management to drive projects forward and

improve the quality of creative output across the company
