Responsibilities:
1. Reply to customer’s inquiries on product information, prices, availability and order status etc via phone calls, emails, faxes and sales team.
2. Be responsible for services to designated accounts and account managers, and provide them with services in a timely, careful, responsible and proactive manner;
3. Communicate with different departments inside company and inter-subsidiaries to facilitate the order fulfillment and ensure customers’ claims, inquiries and special requirement are handled properly and timely;
4. Perform other duties assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
5. Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Chemistry, Life Science, Pharmaceutics or related discipline;
6. Customer oriented, patient and attention to details;
7. Excellent communication skills both oral and written;
8. Proficient in English;
9. Good Microsoft Office skill;
10. Experience in ERP system (SAP, Oracle etc) is a plus.
