Job Duties & Responsibilities

1. Work with operations on fact-finding and root-cause analysis for HR process flow improvement project

2. Assist in developing solutions & facilitating HR process change for operations, in alignment with project objectives.

3. Provide support and updates for any alignment/ changes in process design or related HR policies, and advise Site project team/ operations accordingly.

4. Consolidate and understand user requirements on HR system enhancement details, and timely initiate communicate with stakeholders including IT, users, management, to reach consensus and alignment.

5. Assist Project Manager for project execution, issue keep-tracking, team documentation, training and coaching coordination to operations.

6. Participate in project update meetings as scheduled by Project Manager.

Key Competencies

1.College Degree, preferably with HR or IT discipline

2.Garment industry knowledge & HR knowledge is an advantage

3.Fast learner and willing to take on challenge

4.Proactive, self-motivated to problem solving

5.Attentive to details

6.Able to plan, prioritize and execute tasks with limited time effectively

7.Skills on common computer software e.g. PowerPoint, Word and Excel

8.Proficient Putonghua, and good command of English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
