1.   招聘信息的发布，简历的收集，筛选，邀约，面试，入职等后续服务工作；

2.   办理员工入离职手续；

3.   员工劳动合同的变更，续签，终止，提前解除等；

4.   劳动合同，员工信息资料及各类人力资源资料的收集归档；

5.   新员工的入职培训以及公司员工的外训及内训支持；

6.   审核各类考勤相关单据，完成每月汇总考勤表；

7.   各项员工福利事宜；

8.   协调各部门关系，并与员工保持良好互动，妥善处理发生的各类人事问题；

9.  完成其他由直接上司委托交代的工作。

任职要求：

1.  全日制大专及以上学历，工商管理类专业；

2.  性别不限，25-30岁，3年以上全面inhouse HR经验； 

3.  熟悉国家与地方的各项劳动人事法规政策；

4.  熟悉人力资源招聘、薪酬、绩效考核、培训等规定和流程；

5.  娴熟的事务工作处理技巧，能够独立处理各类繁杂事务； 

6.  优秀的文字撰写与人际沟通能力；有亲和力和敬业精神；

7.  责任心强，遵守职业道德与操守； 

8.  熟练掌握办公自动化软件(如Word, Excel, PPT等)；

9.  出色的沟通能力和学习能力，工作认真细致、细心谨慎。
