工作职责:

1. Set right recruitment strategy and action plan based on headcount plan, monitor TA team’s down to earth execution and provide analysis and insights for TA process optimization on a monthly basis

根据年度人员编制，绘制区域招聘策略，制定合理的招聘计划并跟进团队实施，提供月度分析报告

2. Execute recruitment plan\target to ensure the right strategy of recruitment is in place to attract the best talents,

完成对应部门的年度招聘计划\目标，确保正确地实施招聘策略以吸引到合适的人才

3. Conduct job analysis, maintain and update not limited of job de"script"ion through effective communication with hiring department leader to understand the job.

通过高效地与用人部门负责人沟通职位需求，进行但不限于职位分析并更新工作说明

4. Develop for different recruitment channels(domestic and international), select and recommend most cost effective recruitment channels

开发不同的招聘渠道（国内及国外），选择并推荐最有效的招聘渠道

5. Conduct the integrated procedure of candidate screening, interview, reference check, hiring proposal and offering

完成候选人所有的简历筛选、面试安排、背景调查，录用审批等全过程

6. Recruiting system maintenance and data accuracy, vendor management

负责招聘管理系统的维护，与服务商对接，并提出优化建议

7. Work with staffing team to ensure data accuracy not limited with employees information in HRIS system, check procedures including on boarding and off boarding process, deliver monthly or annul reports based on needs

和入离职团队合作，确保员工信息准确性，包括但不限于HRIS系统中的员工信息，入职、离职流程，递交月度/年度相关报表

8. Collect, manage the information about labor law, talent market and competitors

收集并知晓劳动法律法规、人才市场及竞争对手的信息

9. Cooperate with colleagues from other functions within HR department, share information and resources

与本部门其他职能的同事通力合作，共享信息及资源

任职资格:

1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical multinational corporation or R&D center, PM experience is a plus

本科及以上学历，至少5年大型医药类、研发类企业招聘相关经验，有项目管理经验优先

2. Experienced in pharmaceutical R&D industry (esp. CRO) is preferred

如在制药研发行业（如制药外包类）优先考虑

3. Good communication skills both in English & Chinese - verbal and written, master in Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PPT)

良好的中、英文口语、书写能力，熟悉使用OFFICE软件（Word, Excel, PPT）
