Job Description

    

1. To be chairman of HAZOP, HAZID, SIL workshop etc., Gained knowledge in the development of risk assessment and safety studies, such as quantitative risk assessments (QRA), FEMA, escape, evacuation and rescue analyses (EERA), fire and explosion risk assessments and consequence analysis for both marine and offshore facilities.
2. Risk Assessment Project Management activities for local clients. Frequently communicate with clients in a clear, concise, and professional manner, presenting a professional company image to clients by email, phone, and in person, and identifying where additional services may be offered. Manage the entire lifecycle of Certification projects according to BV internal Project Management Professional processes.
3. Write and support project proposals, budget development, and defining scopes of work. Manage deviations from scope with clients through clear communication over the phone and by email. 
4. Experience in using the following software tools: PHAST, FLACS, PHA-Pro preferred.

    

To qualify for this position:

    

1. At least 5 years’ experience in project management of marine and offshore , preferably in marine and offshore engineering background;
2. Strong technical knowledge of ship equipment, machinery, cargo related equipment for Gas/chemical carriers, and good knowledge in operation, process and maintenance of marine and offshore;
3. Be familiar with classification rules and statutory such as IGF, IGC, IMO etc.
4. Be proficient in gas-related process engineering with new and complex design (FLNG, FSRU, FPSO etc.),
5. Experimented in Safety studies and Risk assessments, i.e. HAZOP, HAZID, SIL classification and verification, FMECA, QRA, RAM assessment modelling, Consequence on several projects.
6. Can be successfully conducted number of including subsea production systems, offshore Oil & Gas installations and performance standards development for marine and offshore companies.
7. Fluent in written and spoken English; good team player
