1. Analyze business and product sales trend to prepare the effective merchandises planning and allocation plan

2. Monitor product availability, and allocate the product to the stores (initial allocation) according to the seasonal launch plan

3. Analyze category sales performance and take appropriate actions to maximize sales (replenishment and best seller consolidations)

4. Review inventory level and stock turnover on regular basis in order to align company target

5. Manage shop inventory level proactively in a daily basis through effective communication with shop staff and with 3rd party delivery partners

6. Retail allocation reports: allocation flow plan, service level, sell through and overstock analysis, setting and management of initial allocation, forecast of end of season returns

7. Input seasonal order and re-order

8. Follow up other ad hoc tasks assigned from line manager

                

Other Requirements

  

1. Solid 1-2 years experiences in retail planning, allocation and order entry experience in fashion industry

2. Academic studies in business, fashion retailing and related discipline is preferred

3. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese

4. Excellent in using Microsoft office software to do sales analysis and forecast

5. Experience in using AS400 and SAP is an advantage
