1. Technological consulting regarding surface treatment for development (DFM = Design for Manufacturing), business divisions and plants in China；

2. Support for investigation, implementation and further development of new surface technologies；

3. Technical supplier development incl. support for series production in coordination with cross-functional departments, such as quality, purchasing and plants；

4. Realization of assigned PDP (= Product Development Process) relevant tasks during the industrialization process of surface treated parts；

5. Provision of training and knowledge transfer to business divisions, suppliers and plants in China；

6. Technological evaluation of coating lines in terms of system engineering, capacity and environmental aspects；

7. Support global functions in Germany for design and installation of surface related production equipment (e.g. painting lines) at internal Brose locations in China incl. local coordination of all involved interfaces；

8. Provide technological support to relevant Brose plants for optimizations, synchronized and following environmental, engineering and technology standards within the Brose Group；

Set up, implementation and hosting of continuous and comprehensive trainings (incl. material) for production plant technicians and supporting staff within the surface technology related area.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Technology, Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering;

2. 3-5 years working experience;

3. Fluent English both in oral and writing;

4. Open-minded working style;

5. General expertise in surface treatment and chemical process is mandatory;

6. Specific technology knowledge for planting, E-coating, Powder coating and Zink Flaking is highly advantageous;

7. Skills in basic project and time management;

8. Understand market trends and local environmental regulations.
