With the rapidly expanding business and fast-growing customer base, we are looking for Clinic Service Executives in Hangzhou, who can deliver high quality service, who are customer centric and competent enough to take care of the Hangzhou clinic and the China market.

  

  

随着业务和客户群的快速增长，我们已经来到了杭州，开设新诊所，目前正在寻找杭州诊所的诊所经理，为国内的客户提供高质量的服务，以客户为中心并且有足够的能力去开拓中国市场。

  

Job Duties 工作职责:

· Demonstrate a high standard of customer services to our customers 为客户提供高水准的服务

· Team player – work collaboratively with our Aesthetic Doctors to provide our customers professional advice and clear communication 与我们的外籍微整形医生合作，提供专业的翻译，搭建医生与客户之间清晰的沟通，将医生的专业建议准确传递给客户

· Ensure effective patient care through the implementation of established clinical practice standards, standardised procedures, written and oral treatment protocols, and training 通过执行公司既定的临床实践标准，标准化服务流程，准确进行记录治疗方案以及有效的客户管理

· Maintain accurate medical records, whether in electronic or hard copy format including scanning, in accordance with the policy 根据公司要求，保持准确的医疗记录（电子或纸质形式）

· Work with the Clinic Manager and Marketing Director to develop effective marketing strategies to establish and grow brand awareness and consequently boost sales 与公司管理团队一起制定有效的市场策略，建立和提高品牌知名度，促进公司业务提升

Job Requirements 申请要求:

· Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in customer services, account management or other service and sales related work, experience in Hospitality industry is preferred 至少2年的医疗类，客户服务或销售等相关工作经验，在护理类、空乘服务或星级酒店有工作经验者优先

· Great verbal and written communication in both English and Mandarin is a MUST 必须能使用英语和普通话进行良好的口头和书面交流

· University degree, preferably majoring in Medical, Business or related disciplines, overseas study or working experience preferred 大学本科学位，商业或相关学科专业，海外留学或工作经验者优先

· Must be efficient/meticulous and have attention to details 工作中注重细节

· Must be self-driven and proactive 工作中有自主性、敢于开拓

· Must consistently interact in a manner that is friendly, supportive, respectful, and cooperative with co-workers 能与同事友好合作，支持并尊重团队合作者
