Role and responsibility as PMC sales manager：

Summary: To coordinate sales efforts including proposal generation, sales presentations and negotiations, in order to obtain profitable business for Valmet Fabrics. Works to establish close customer relationships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following.

    

Other duties may be assigned.

    

? Develop and coordinate all functions related to the profitable sales of Paper Machine Clothing.

    

? This position will require applications work, costing of projects and preparing quotations, sales presentations, and negotiations.

    

? Technical understanding of paper making clothing and equipment is required. This person must be interested in learning the technical sales part of the business, all the way from applications work through delivery.

    

? Provide clear and accurate communication between our customers and Valmet.

    

? Work closely with other sales and group team members.

    

? Takes direct responsibility for product budgeting and results according to that budget.

    

? Develop and maintain strong technical competence in specified area of focus.

    

? Develop technical enhancements to existing designs, and define areas for new product developments individually and as part of the Global Valmet Fabrics Team.

    

? Provide co-ordination for accurate and timely cost estimates for proposal generation.

    

? Create sales for Valmet Paper Inc. that provide profitable business to the organization and meets the financial goals of the company.

    

? Develop and distribute sales information to Regional Sales Groups and customers.

    

? Provide technical and commercial support to customer base.

    

? Keep customer contacts up to date to promote future sales.

Job Requirements:

? B.Sc degree

    

? Minimum 3 years’ experience in paper industry

    

? 3-5 years’ experience in PMC technical service

    

? Good in coordinating internal and external resources

    

? Understanding of customer’s processes, targets and related business factors

    

? Good negotiation and communication skills

    

? Good Microsoft office software knowledge

    

? Good command of English and Chinese language in writing and verbally
