负责线上，线下渠道的拓展。有经销商开发，拓展与管理经验优先。

0-1开拓市场，搭建团队经验

岗位职责：

1. 负责玩具品牌B2B线上电商和线下渠道开发，搭建和运营。

2. 负责线下业务的规划开发和运营，完成渠道各项指标；

3. 根据公司业务需求制定渠道销售策略及销售目标；

4. 独立开发玩具相关商超、便利店等店铺渠道合作商；

5. 定期组织联合行动或促销行动，推动与渠道合作商的战略合作关系；

6. 向总经理汇报工作。

任职资格：

1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销等相关专业；

2. 5年以上渠道销售工作经验；有商超、便利店渠道资源优先；

3. 资深玩家，有玩具游戏类、酷玩潮玩行业运营经验优先；

4. 性格积极开朗，抗压性强；

5. 具备良好的沟通技巧和组织能力，独立的分析和解决问题的能力。
