• 当项目交接后，需要按图纸的要求，负责所承担产品的料单，特殊工艺方案的编写，对制造工艺质量负责。

• Prepare the BOM list, and special process program and technical requirement document per the drawing and project specification when the project turned over from PM.

• 针对采购过程中，反馈供应商提出的问题。

  Response the vendor’s question for the technical issue during the procurement.

• 起草准备工序流转卡。

  Draft and prepare the fabrication COL。

• 和制造和检验团队一起优化制造流程。

  Cooperate with the fabrication and QC team to optimize the fabrication process.

• 起草，维护和签署工艺文件，做好工艺文件，程序文件的归档工作。

  Draft and maintain and sign off the process documents, keep all procedures/process documents filed

• 处理车间生产制造，安装过程的工艺问题，保证生产的有序进行。

  Solve the fabrication/installation issue during the fabrication in the shop, to ensure the fabrication running smoothly.    

Qualifications/ Experience/ Knowledge （资格要求） ：                    

  

• 丰富的关于压力容器，钢结构，管道类的机械方面的术语知识。

  Rich knowledge on the norms of mechanical regarding the structure, PV, piping etc.

• 熟练的进行车间详图转化，料单分类整理等。

  Mechanical design skills on the shop detailed drawing drafting, BOM list sorting is essential

• Design of pressure vessels experience is preferred.

• 具备基本的钢结构和压力容器焊接知识。

  Knowledge of welding for the structure, and pressure vessel is basic requirement.

• 具有车间实践经验。

  Have much workshop experience.

• 熟悉压力容器和化工设备相关标准，特别是国标和美标。

  Be familiar with the standard of PV and chemical equipment, especially the GB and ASME.

• 良好的英语读写能力，口语优先考虑

Good English of reading/writing, spoken English is preferred

  

• 主修机械或者化工机械，机电一体化专科及以上学历

  College degree and above of major in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Machinery or Mechatronic.    

• 至少3年设备制造的经验

  Minimum 3 years working experience on the equipment manufacturing

• 压力容器，结构，管道的机械设计或者制造经验

  Mechanical design or fabrication experience on the structure, pressure vessel, piping etc.

• 化工设备制造工艺经验

          Experience of production process of chemical equipment.   

• 擅长使用CAD

  Good at AutoCAD,

• 材料处理，金属制造知识

  Knowledge in material treatment, metal manufacturing process.

• 熟悉3D画图软件，比如Inventor，Solidworks等等。

  Familiar with 3D software, such Inventor, Solidworks etc. 

•  熟悉GB、化工，ASME的技术规范和标准

• Familiar with the technical norms and standard GB/HG ASME
