1. 完善员工入职、转正、 离职等相关政策及流程，监督执行和落实情况；并承担宣导、受理咨询；
2. 协助和落地执行总公司下行的重要人力资源项目；
3. 办理员工入职、离职、转正、升迁、调岗、续约等手续、更新花名册；
4. 每月员工薪资据收集汇总核对、年度的社保公积金税额申报、管理好薪酬供应商的服务和提供的数据的精准和及时性；
5. 维护好人事考勤系统的导入，核对员工日常病假、事假、年假、外出单等事宜；
6. 完成每周周报和每月的人事月报等表格；
7. 人事档案维护与管理；
8. 协助招聘团队进行岗位的招聘；
9. 按时完成上级安排的临时性工作。

                                        

    

任职资格：

1. 本科及以上学历,3年以上连续人事工作经验，任职过成熟外企***；
2. 熟悉薪资模块流程，熟悉劳动法和国家相关人事法律法规；
3. 有招聘经验，其中有互联网招聘经验***；
4. 具有良好的职业道德和职业操守及良好的团队合作意识；
5. 优秀的中英文表达及良好的协调能力；
6. 敏锐的洞察能力和分析判断力以及良好的抗压能力;
7. 熟练使用办公室软件;
