Role & Responsibilities:

Job Definition (Key Purpose of the Job) :

? On-going maintenance and consolidate data and ensure data is aligned across systems

? Develop regular (weekly, monthly and seasonal) business reports, including sell-thru, inventory, sales channel performance and other ad-hoc reports.

? Seasonal OTB planning and forecast.

Key Result Areas:

Sales data consolidation and Monitor BI system.

? Maintain L1&L2 Data Collection system to ensure qualified data can be submitted by partners on time.

? Collect and consolidate wholesale partners’ sell-out and inventory data on daily (L2) and monthly (L1) basis

? Work closely with both GBT and Wholesale team to roll-out L2 data interface project and support more accounts to be covered on daily/weekly reporting

? On-going maintenance of sell-out/inventory data and ensure wholesale team can get qualified reports from wholesale BI system

Create China Dealer Sales Reports on weekly/monthly basis.

? China dealers’ weekly regular sales performance report.

? China dealers’ monthly regular sales performance report.

? China dealers’ in-season sales analysis result, including in season sales by category, contribution, sell-thru rate, discount rate and so on.

? Provide China dealers’ monthly inventory status report.

? Tracked and monitor China Dealers IPS and recoomend plan of action to be on plan

? Report out on Seasonal ST by styles/sku to activate future season plan

Strategic Dealers in Season Attack Performance Tracking.

? Create standard format for sales team to communicate with dealers to sign off in season attack plan.

? Ongoing tracking specific dealers in season attack performance on weekly basis.

? Provide in season attack tracking report on weekly basis.

Planning partner’s seasonal product OTB.

Provide other necessary reports to support Team.

Minimum Relevant Experience: 2 years with relevant experience

Minimum Supervisory Experience: None

Nature of Work: Good at Excel is Necessary.

Academic Qualifications

Minimum Degree Held: College

Subject Expert In:

Certifications Required : CET4

Language Proficiency:

- Fluent in : English/Cantonese

- Average in : Mandarin

Specific Working Conditions

Frequency of Travel: twice per year

Other Specific Working Conditions : Microsoft Excel and SAP
